An individual guided tour in 2 days. The 1st day we’ll show you how the land had its geological formation: where now we have hills, millions of years ago there was a tropical sea, whose fossil shells and animal relics are nowadays visible in the soil. Than the History, with the  roman, medieval and baroque art. The 2nd  day will be dedicated to discover the modern Monferrato, where great wines, different qualities of cheese and vegetables are produced, to be used in excellent gastronomic recipes.

The visit will start with the history of Asti and its powerful medieval families, whose competition in building the highest tower left us traces of the medieval importance of the town. Then you’ll admire the beautiful baroque buildings and churches. After lunch the visit will continue in the countryside, where grows the true richness, the grape-vine. The fruits are transformed in excellent wines, preserved in real Underground Cathedrals, waiting to be declared UNESCO Heritage.
